Privacy Policy

This policy covers the optional features of LynBro plugins that contact the LynBro portal at plugins.lynbro.dk. By default our plugins run entirely on your own site; the features below only run when you, the site administrator, explicitly enable or trigger them.

We never receive visitor IP addresses, visitor identifiers or any personal data of your site's visitors.

1. Benchmark sharing (telemetry) — opt-in, off by default

When enabled, a weekly background job sends aggregated counters (banner shown / accept / reject / manage / language-switch totals, average time-to-decision, and anonymous browser-language / device / OS distributions) together with your site's domain. We use it to compute an anonymous community benchmark. No visitor-level data is included.

2. Feedback — sent only when you submit the form

Sends your message, the chosen category, the plugin version, your site domain and, optionally, an email address you type, so we can read and respond to feedback. Provide an email only if you want a reply.

3. Language on demand — sent only when you click Request

Sends the plugin slug, plugin version and the requested locale code so the portal can generate or return a cached translation. No site or visitor data is involved.

Accounts & billing (Pro)

If you create a portal account or buy a subscription, we store your email, subscription status, licence keys and the domains you activate. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we do not store card data.

Retention, your rights, contact

We keep data only as long as needed for the feature and delete it on request. To access or delete your data, contact privacy@lynbro.dk. Data is handled in line with the GDPR.
