These terms govern use of the optional LynBro portal services at plugins.lynbro.dk that some Lynbro WordPress plugins can use.

Service

The free plugins are fully functional on their own. The portal provides optional, opt-in extras (benchmark sharing, feedback, language-on-demand) and paid Pro features. Free portal features may be rate-limited.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the endpoints (e.g. automated bulk requests beyond fair use). We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services and plugins are provided "as is", without warranty. They help with cookie compliance but do not constitute legal advice; each site owner remains responsible for their own site's compliance. LynBro ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, loss of data or fines imposed on a site owner. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for free services: DKK 0). These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law, including consumer protection law, provides otherwise.

Governing law

Danish law applies. Disputes between businesses are settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret). Consumers may use the courts where they live, and their mandatory local rules continue to apply.
