Google reviews on your site — without the API key.

Display your Google Business reviews with a shortcode or block, cached locally so pages stay fast. The Google API key never lives in WordPress — the Lynbro portal holds it server-side.

Why Lynbro Reviews Cache

Key never in WordPress

No Google Cloud project per site, no key to leak from wp_options. The portal fetches server-side.

Fast & resilient

Reviews render from a local cache; if a refresh fails, the last good cache keeps showing.

Works standalone too

Manual-reviews mode is a complete testimonials widget with no external service involved.

FAQ

Do I need a Google API key?

No. The key is held by the Lynbro portal and never touches your WordPress site. You need a portal site token to fetch Google reviews.

Can I use it without the portal?

Yes — manual-reviews mode lets you add testimonials by hand and display them with the block/shortcode, with no external service.

How fresh are the reviews?

They auto-refresh weekly, and you can refresh manually once per day; between refreshes they are served from the local cache.

Where are reviews stored?

In your WordPress options table. Nothing is stored on the portal beyond what is needed to perform the fetch you requested.
